Hi there,

Is there a way to make the trackingID not random but just an ascent number (like 401,402,403,404,405,406 etc).

By the way, I've read the previous posted on this topic, but didn't found a good solution for it.

If so, is there also a way to reset it when needed?

Maybe an idea for the new version to be able to choose between a ascent number as trackingID or just random trackingID. (with numbers and characters).

Unfortunately that's not something that will be added mostly for privacy/security reasons (explained in another topic on this subject).

This could be added with changes to the script and database, but I'm afraid it's out of the scope of my support here.

The only thing I want to know is how to put a standard begin number (let say: 2009) and then behind this number the ticketnummer, result: 2009-1, 2009-2, etc.

I know its out of the range of support, but could you give a hint into the right direction?
