Phone number displayed incorrect after submit ticket

I have a problem, which needs to be solved soon (time limit).

As a test I've put a phonenumber into the name field of the add ticket (which is an hesk_input), after I clicked submit ticket and then display the new submitted ticket I see the phonenumber as 5 digits and not as 10 digit as it should be.
I've checked with mysql and there it is OK. Is the hesk_input not the problem for this?

By the way, the phone number is a dutch number.

Solution found, it was just renaming the field.

Edit custom field content

But lets say the phone number was incorrectly entered. Is there any way in which for example Administrators can rectify the mistake. This is actually something that happens often.

I notice that admin can edit posted messages, but not the content of the custom fields. If the content is wrong it remain on display untill resolved.
