Ticket limit possible?

Hi,

I have just started to look in to Hesk and i think it looks awesome. But i'm wondering, is there any way of limiting the number of tickets on a user-basis?

For example:

User 1 gets 6 tickets
User 2 gets 3 tickets

And so on.

If this is possible i will buy my licence today :)

Hesk currently doesn't support assigning tickets to staff so something like this is neither needed nor possible.

Ticket assignments are planned for the next version and you will have an option to set number limits for auto-assignments there.
