Emails

Hello

I am testing out your script and I had a question about emails. When a customer replies to the ticket is there a way to make it reply to just the tech working the ticket and the main helpdesk email?

Also is there away for the admin to assign a tech to a ticket and then a email is sent to that tech about the ticket?

No, this is not supported yet, but it is planned.
