Email to Staff contain text/reply content?

Hi there,
Without wanting to adjust HESK too severely, is it possible to modify the email submission to include ticket content for initial ticket submissions and also for follow-up replies from staff?

I think I phrased my request wrong - I meant to ask:
Is it possible to have the automated ticket update email to include the message that was added?
Also, is it possible to email the people subscribed to that category with the ticket message?

I did understand what you meant, the thing is there are a number of considerations and problems to be solved before this is both usable and safe. Like said, it is planned and will probably be included in the next version.
