What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution: user login password

First and foremost, SUPER PRODUCT!!
Secondly, I'm under the impression that user logins to submit and monitor tickets are allowed because I'm able to define users.. except it's not happening. Any clues?

I'm not really sure what the exact problem is, please post an example of what's happening and what should be happening (or what you expect to happen).

Hi Klemen:

Sorry I did not elaborate. It's possible that this version does not have the feature, but I thought a user would have to login in order to submit a ticket. This does not appear to be happening; there's no login.

That's correct, Hesk currently doesn't require or support customer accounts. This is planned for the future versions as an option (you will be able to either disable customer accounts, make them optional or required).
