Well, i use hesk for my company, but i had to translate it manually.

How about a *.lng-file, which makes easy to change the complete helpdesk?

Usually implemented by include *.lng, would this work on hesk also?

I'm already writing a language file for Hesk (will probably do it for other scritps as well) which will be included in the next version of Hesk (probably in about 2 weeks).
