Klemen, thanks so much for Hesk, it's great for non-profits like my company. I didn't notice 2.0 came out until today, works great. My question is that is it possdible to change the subject of the emails sent out? I know that I can change the contents of each email, but I can't find where to put in a new subject.

You should be able to find the subjects in the "en.inc.php" file inside the "language" folder.

Easy enough, I thought it would be in the php script where sendmail is used, Thanks!
