Hi,
I don't know what could be wrong. Please upload this file to your server (the one inside the zip file) and post the URL to it here, might give me a clue:

Hi,
I know what the problem is.
You have an old version of PHP installed on your server, version 4.0.6 which was released way back on 23rd June 2001. That version doesn't support some features GBook uses.
Now you could edit GBook to work with that version, but I strongly suggest that you contact your hosting company and ask them to upgrade PHP to version 4.3.11 which can be downloaded from
http://www.php.net/downloads.php
This is a much more powerful, secure and up to date version than the current version you are running (the 4.0.6 is a buggy version and should NOT be used anymore).
If they are a serious company they will do the upgrade for free (I wonder why they haven't in all these years...). If not, I suggest you start looking for a new hosting company, one that regularly updates its software.
One your PHP is updated to version 4.3.11 GBook should work without problems.
Regards
Thanks

I just switched hosts to one that you have on your links page - startlogic, I'm sure this is why I have been having problems - thanks again!

Well just contacting your host and asking them to upgrade PHP would work, but switching is also the way to go. I personally think you made a smart choice because a company that doesn't update it's software in years isn't a serious one.
Let me know if you have any problems with GBook on your new server.
Kind regards,
