Forgotten password

Hi.
I have a problem, I have forgotten my password to the guestbook. What can I doe to find it again, if that is possible. I have now tried all my regular password.

I hope you still have access to the ftp account you used to upload your guestbook.
If you have access, go to the gbook folder.
Find the file settings.php and download it to your computer.
Open the file and look at the setting $settings['apass']='admin';
Your password will be in the place where i have admin (the default password).
