I just love this script and would hate to have to go to another one that is more complex for me to install.

The fix is already here. This is an issue with v0.92 because I forgot to add some code after I was done testing this version

Anyway, the fix is here, just upload this admin.php over the original one:
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/extras/hesk_ ... ty_fix.zip

Note that before testing it you should close all browser windows (so your session ends) or you may not see any difference.

you are welcome, my customer support reps was a beta tester for nintendo so he went through it like crazy to test it.

I'm glad he found this so it could be fixed. I have updated all the download files so anyone downloading Hesk from now on will have this fixed. I am also sending out an e-mail to my newsletter as we speak notifying Hesk users they should apply the fix.
