have reloaded xxx times, did a search, checked everthing over & over
gd_test says it works, session_test is successful
everything works except when I try and reply to a post it just refreshes the screen, no error but reply doesnt post. What am I missing? Thanks for all your help in advance!

Your $settings['mboard_url'] in the settings.php file is wrong. You have:
http://www.uky.edu/ag/cld/keci/mboard
but it should be
http://www.uky.edu/Ag/CLD/KECI/mboard

On Linux servers URL paths are CaSe SeNSiTiVe!

Note that any changes you make to the settings file will only be reflect in NEW posts, old (existing) ones will not change (replies will not work in your case).
