Is there a code to do this? I'm really not having errors, I am just not a good PHP coder and wondering if there's a code to where I can add like

CSR Agent, and such instead of everyone being an administrator >.<.

I'm not having any problems in creating non-admin users within my version of hesk....

I know what you mean, it's already included in the next version, hopefully released next week.
