Admin comments

I have installed this software on our server and it will be extremely useful in asisting our helpdesk. Many thanks.

In our organisation we have multiple admins who may deal with any of the requests. One think that would make this script very powerful is if the helpdesk admins could make comments relating to a certain ticket, so that other admins can update themselves on what course of action has been carried out without it appearing in the emails.

That will be definitely included in the next version, it's already under development.
