Is there a way of displaying one of the custom fields in the email that is sent to staff. I have tried %%custom1%% but that didnt work

No, currently just the tags mentioned in readme.htm are possible. Will see if I can add more tags in the next version.

This is very important to me.
Is it very dififcult to implement?
