I use to find a lot of spam site links which i don't like. Is there any possibility to stop spammer to add links to my site?
I was wondering something like captcha or similar

Upgrade to version 1.03 it has a security image (captcha). Download from
http://www.phpjunkyard.com/php-link-manager.php

Also a new version will be out soon which will have even more filters and options for fighting spam, check back in a week or two.
