Do you have anything inside settings.php before <?php

If yes delete it. If no try downloading LinkMan again and make sure you edit settings.txt in NOTEPAD.

I also noticed this URL of phpinfo.php: http://golfauction.biz/linkman/form.html PHP has to be in a .PHP file
