Security image not displaying after modifications

I have modified the script so it fits in nicely with my site and I can view the guestbook, view the IP addresses, delete entries etc but what i can't do is see the security image so new entries can be added.
This is getting tested locally before I finally update my site with the modified version
I am still going to try and sort this problem out but if someone has a suggestion i would be very grateful
