Hey,

I love your support ticket script. Plan on paying the $20 when its totally running right, but I have one problem.

After you submit a ticket, and then click view ticket, I get a broken link on the next page.

Same thing when I log in as admin and post a reply and click view ticket.

Any help on that one. Here is the site:

You've got the wrong URL to Hesk in your settings. Login to admin, go to Settings and change

http://mtesupport.mytrafficempirehosting.com/hesk

to

http://mtesupport.mytrafficempirehosting.com

because you have Hesk installed in your home directory not in a folder called "hesk". Be careful with the URLs, you can always click the help sign if you are not sure what the setting wants from you.

That did it.
