It seems that im unable to attach a file to the ticket it will give me this error,

Error Mesagge: "Cannot move file to the attachments folder, please check your server path settings."

After reading through the forum and also tried some of the solutions but it doesn't seems to apply to me on my side. Well, im hosting on hostgator and also change the permission of the folders required.

Extract the file phpinfo.php from phpinfo.zip and upload the phpinfo.php one, I might be able to help then.

yea man, i got it extract out and it on the server. hope ya can help me out

Your "System/root path:" was wrong in the settings. Changed it now and it works. When you install Hesk don't change that setting, it should be OK by default after installation (just change it if uploads don't work).

And change your password!! I was able to login to your Hesk without any problems You can do that in "Your profile".
