no numeric id code

he everybody!
is it possible to change/add some things?
i want no numeric id ( 1,2,3 ...)
is it possible that i can set the id by my self? like id=house when i generate the link!? i just need an text field were i can write the "id-name". thats it!
is it possible to do that?
