Hello,

I just found hesk off of hotscripts.com. The idea behind it seems really great. However, I am having an issue with it running. My server specs:

SBS 2003
IIS 6
MySQL 5.0
PHP 5.2.3

Hesk 0.94

Once the installation steps are started, i get to the check setup. Everything under status passes. However, when I click contine to step 3, it just takes me back to the license agreement. It will do the samething over and over.

Is there anyway to get around this issue?

Thanks!

Never mind i fixed it myself. With Server 2003 and PHP you have to enable IUSR_servername to have read/write permissions to the temp folder assigned by php.ini

example

C:\Windows\Temp

Or C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\temporary

Hope this helps anyone else with this issue!

Glad you figure it out

Just a reply for anyone other having same issues - yes, Hesk should work with all PHP version above 4.3.2 and MySQL 4+
