Hi,
Further to a message that was posted regarding email notifications (viewtopic.php?t=1426&highlight=email+su ... unctioning), I am having a similar problem in that "support e-mail" does not seem to fire off an email to my tech-support email address.
I followed the instructions in the above mentioned post with regard to the email_test.php file and "low and behold" after running that script I actually recieved an email in my tech-support inbox.
Unfortunately I am still not sure what I need to do to get this function to work through the admin console, although I do know that by using your script (email_test.php) my e-mail address is definately working correctly.
I would be grateful for any help you could offer on this.
BTW the rest of the product is superb and so simply to use!
