Hi I just downloaded the latest version of ccount, went to the www.mydomain.com/ccount page and got error message. I am using wordpress on my site, could it be that ccount is not compatible with wordpress??

Have you edited the settings file like readme.htm explains? Make sure you change www.mydomain.com to YOUR WEBSITE URL!

hi

I had this script working on my previous incarnation of my site, so I have followed all the steps involved re. installing. I think it must just be a wordpress thing, as wordpress also uses a index.php page

If you have CCount installed in a separate folder (ccount) then the Wordpress index.php has nothing to do with it.

But since you didn't provide any of the requested info I can't really be of help.

The http://www.overlander.tv/ccount doesn't exist, can you double-check the address?

yes, http://www.overlander.tv/ccount doesnt exist, and yet the ccount folder is in my public_html folder. For some reason it is not recognised?

That makes no sense, if the server gives a 404 error then the file doesn't exist.

Check your "ccount" folder again and make sure the name is not misspelled. Also on most servers names are CaSe SeNsiTiVe, so "CCOUNT" is not the same as "ccount" or "CCount".

You can create a folder called "a" inside your publich_hml and see if you can open it with http://www.overlander.tv/a
