I have tested this as much as I could, hopefully it will work out fine for you. Please report all bugs to me via this thread and I'll try and sort them all out for you.

When the new template engine comes out for Hesk, I will also create this template into that new system.

Thanks for sharing. You might want to apply this fix to your template (some changes in admin_reply_ticket.php and find_tickets.php):

Also I moved the template to "Mods and Add-ons" forum.
