Thanks for a really useful set of code.
We have set the Hesk helpdesk up on one of our internal servers.
Sorry to ask a dim question, but what ports would I need to open on my firewall to access the Hesk helpdesk from outside our LAN? Would it be just 80 and 3306 to/from that server?

Hi,

Not sure, but if you open port 80 that should do it (3306 is used locally (in PHP) only to interact with the MySQL database and port 80 is usually used by browsers).

By the way, a new version of Hesk will be out within a few hours, you might want to wait a little and install the new version.
