Admin can open ticket on behalf of client

Sometimes we notice a problem before our customer does and want to use Hesk to let them know about it.
Currently we open a new ticket as if we were the customer but they often delete the ticket email as SPAM or a phishing attempt because they know they haven't generated the ticket.
A great feature would be for Hesk admin to be able to create a ticket using their own account but set up the ticket using the customers email address
