Any way to integrate a Knowledge Base?

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to include articles (FAQ's) so that customers can search for an answer before submitting a ticket.
Also, will the newer version of the script have a knowledge base included? I'm thinking along the lines of a solution like Kayako.

I'd like to see this as well. I think it'd be an awesome addition to this awesome little script. Thanks for bringing it up Jennifer.
*cough* I'd also like to see a version of the HelpDesk that's DIV based, rather then tables and such... but, can't be picky!

I'm currently working on making mine with DIVS and such. Wish me luck! Lmao...

The Knowledge base is definitely going to be added to Hesk at some point, but not yet in the next release.
WIW - the new layout designed by Kevin (which probably won't be ready for the next release) will indeed be designed using <div>, css and be XHTML valid. The development stage really looks cool
