Cannot create a ticket and cannot add user

Hi Klement I successfuly installed hesk but got problem if I create a ticket and add new user it gives me this error:

Can't execute SQL: INSERT INTO `hesk_tickets` ( `id`,`trackid`,`name`,`email`,`category`,`priority`,`subject`,`message`,`dt`,`ip`,`status` ) VALUES ( '','7Y1YD7JR8H','test','test@test.com','1','3','test','test',NOW(),'10.239.47.125','1' )
MySQL said:
Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'id' at row 1
Please notify webmaster at mmendoza@medicall.us
I checked the database and everything is fine. I think the problem is the code on the submit ID and add user.php. Im not a programmer so I really cannot troubleshoot with the code please help me thanks...
