Upload files phpinfo and session test to your server and post links to them here so we can have more info. You will find both files in the thread entitled "READ THIS BEFORE POSTING A NEW QUESTION!!"

Hi Klemen

1 - enabled register_globals on the site then script is working

2 - Do you have a newsletter script ?

Thanks

Not sure why register_globals would have anythign to d owith it, but the important thing is it works

No, don't have a newsletter script for the public, you can try www.hotscripts.com

Hallo Klemen.

Same goes for us on http://www.pagina.hu/phpinfo.php

Passed both session tests.
We cannot solve it. Think we tried all we could.
Maybe the new PHP 5 on the web server.??

Would you have any suggestion, as we really ran out of further idea's.
Thanks

PHP 5 isn't the problem. Can you try making a clean test install (http://www.pagina.hu/test) using the original (English) version and not modify anything else but the settings file? See if it works like that.

By the way: I will be out of the country Monday-Friday so you will have to wait until the weekend for my reply.

hi Klemen.
we did use the 'bare' php mboard script, and it works.
but doesnot recognize any password now.
we'll overcome that.
but, how can we implement it in the layout of the site.
Untill now we used footer and header.
Untill we moved this site from our srv1 with php 4.x to our srv2 with php 5.x it worked.

it then stopped working

hostmaster / webmaster dirko at pannon . ws

Thanks if you can help us.
it's a great tool.
and as far as we can remember: we've contributed.

so we now re-copy/pasted the code into the html page using the 'header'and 'footer' part. and it works.
it's a great tool.

and : we bought you a beer in 2007.
tasted well, this Hungarian beer..?? Did it..? haha.

Hi Dirko,

So is it working or not? In one post you say it isn't and then you post a quote saying it is?
