I'm running php 4.4.2 under apache2 on localhost, I've enabled GD, and the GD_test.php returns the image, and phpinfo.php proves that GD is fully enabled.
the security image refuses to display, when I put 2 in the appropriate item on settings the text version of the security number appears, but it says "incorrect number entered". with 0 selected the whole guestbook works perfectly on localhost and both my sites, so I am running them like that till I get a solution.
I should add that the sites are on a windows 2003 server, on php 4.3.1 (I think) and at present GD is not enabled (waiting for reply from them).
I'm persevering with this because it looks like a good guestbook.

Probably a problem with SESSIONS. Try searching the old posts, if you can't find anything similar post what you should already have posted in the first post
