In my notification emails, I would like to change the default "from" name, currently set to 'noreply,' to my own name. Would very much appreciate your help in letting me know which file to modify and to what. Many thanks!

In hesk_settings file what have you set for

/* Contacts */
$hesk_settings['support_mail']
$hesk_settings['webmaster_mail']
$hesk_settings['noreply_mail']

?
