I just downloaded and purchased my "powered by" removal license today, and so far everything is going great. Thanks for a great script that is not bloated with compatibility issues, and is simply streamlined for achieving customer support.

I really need to add a few custom fields to the ticket submission page, such as the customer's phone number, account ID, etc... and I cannot figure out how to do it. I searched this forum and noticed that it is a new feature as posted in viewtopic.php?t=785&highlight=custom+fields

But I don't see where to do it.

Hi,

This is a feature added in the NEXT version of Hesk. Unless you know PHP/MySQL well and do quite a bit of editing you won't be able to have custom fields until the next version.

I am still waiting for a partner to finish the new user interface for next version, once that is done it will be out within a few weeks.

Actually the 0.94 is currently in BETA 1 testing so shouldn't be long now if the testers do their job
