it .. might be. I have looked through the translation doing the "mod-translation" again and again, and I might have corrected some spelling errors.
If you did not add any new strings, I think it's not worth updating the other link.

ich habe folgendes Problem mit HESK Version: 2.6.5 - HESK, Mods for HESK Version: 2.4.2 - Mods for HESK.
Bei mir werden keine " Anführungszeichen und & Zeichen in den Vorlagen dargestellt dafür kommt & und "

Würde mich freuen wenn ich dieses mal etwas Hilfe bekommen könnt.

NOTE: some of your files had wrong encoding (UTF with BOM instead of without BOM). I fixed that and would recommend that you download and use these fixed files, or you may encounter various session/header related problem:
