Traditional Chinese has been updated.
Russian language pack has been uploaded, thank you. Note: I converted new email files to correct encoding (UTF-8 instead of Windows-1251), I recommend that you download and use these files:

There is a small problem though - your file is missing line that starts with
It should be in the "// EMAIL SUBJECTS" section, see the English file.

No language pack works. Always appears always this error:
Test language folder
Testing the language folder for valid languages. Only languages that pass all tests are properly installed.
/language

|----> MISSING: $hesklang['LANGUAGE']
|----> MISSING: $hesklang['ENCODING']
|----> MISSING: $hesklang['_COLLATE']
|----> MISSING: $hesklang['EMAIL_HR']
|----> WRONG VERSION (not 2.6.2)
|-> /emails: OK

They work fine for me and other users. Which specific language pack are you having problems with?
Make sure you download the correct language pack version for your HESK version (from the correct topic).

It means that you try to use former language pack and there is lack of some text variables
