There is a small problem though - your file is missing line that starts with

It should be in the "// EMAIL SUBJECTS" section, see the English file.

No language pack works. Always appears always this error:

They work fine for me and other users. Which specific language pack are you having problems with?

Make sure you download the correct language pack version for your HESK version (from the correct topic).

It means that you try to use former language pack and there is lack of some text variables
