Hello , I am having issues with istalling HESK 2.3 and i have grid hosting from godaddy.com and when i try to go to step 3,4 and it keeps going to step 1,2 is somone at hesk gonna fix it ? other wise its a great system and i want to use it!!!!

Like the article says, you will need to contact your host and ask them to fix PHP sessions.

Try changing default timezone to your timezone for your PHP installation (php.ini) as well as your MySQL installation!
