I have used UTF-8 w/ BOM but the two email templates you have modified don't display correctly :
What I see :

Instead of :

I'm really sorry. It's my mistake.
The previously submitted by me Bulgarian language bg.zip has a missing ";" at end of line 135, in file text.php.
The right syntax for this line is:
135 $hesklang['remove_statement']='Премахни надписа "Powered by"';

I made some additional corrections, so now the improved version of Bulgarian language is available at same URL.

Hmm, I always see ŕ when I open your files? And when I open them in Notepad++ they show as ANSI not UTF-8.

Could you please try encoding them again? You can send them directly to kstirn AT hesk (DOT) com

Sí, tienes toda la razón, parece ser que el traductor anterior puso respuesta con acento en la e , bueno ya he revisado y lo he cambiado todo. Solo tienes que esperar que Klemen lo suba al servidor de Hesk, aunque si lo descargas desde el link mio, ya encuentras la versión nueva.
PD: estoy revisando todo el archivo por si las fly.
