Thanks, Hypermart support ticket reopened for this

Thanks... I was able to get Hypermart to Re-Open their Ticket on this Problem:

Why was ticket reopened: Member had been to the php junkyard as requested by our technicians, and was able to get in contact on the forums with the author of the spam prevention code. He had told him that with the error he was receiving, we needed to make sure that we have /var/php_sessions enabled for it to work. Re-opened the ticket as per RH, and also tried to transfered to T2, but our phones keep disconnecting our members when trying to transfer, placing it under next available.

Reported Symptom: The member contacted the creator of the application and they are saying that /var/php_sessions has to be enabled for this to work. I guess they just need the session save path enabled for the account, this should resolve their issues.

I have 16 accounts with Hypermart. Apparently they keep getting confused and trying to set the save_sessions path for my denrig account rather than for my olgabaptist account.

I installed version 1.5 in my denrig account and it is working fine now... however, the 1.43 version and the 1.5 versions installed to my olgabaptist account still remain in the same state of disorder... still not working.

So... I am going to delete the guestbook installations from the olgabaptist account and run all my account guestbooks under the one denrig account, since it seem to be working great.

Thanks for all the help from everyone. Now, I just need to figure out how to make the guestbook look pretty.
