Post by cjackson »

Script URL:
Version of script:
Hosting company:
URL of phpinfo.php:
URL of session_test.php:
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

Write your message below: I have uploaded the files, accessesed the admin panel, changed my password and manually input a link from the admin panel. Running the links.php file I input all the data, I have checked the URL for the link which exists. When I click ADD Link I get this error............The reciprocal link must be placed under the same (sub)domain as your link is! What am I doing wrong?

If you're submitting link to http://www.yourdomain.com then the reciprocal link URL must also be located under www.yourdomain.com (for example at http://www.yourdomain.com/links.html) to avoid abuse. If this wasn't forced one could for example submit domain1.com to your exchange and set google.com/search?q=yourwebsite.com as reciprocal link.
