Don't forget to set $settings['language']='nederlands.inc.php'; in the settings.php file.
smileys.php
The smileys.htm converted to php so it supports the language file.
Translated strings are added at the end of the nederlands.inc.php file.
To make the smileys.php file work you will have the edit the gbook.php file. Find smileys.htm and replace it with smileys.php. It can be found at line number 1071.
It is not strictly necessary to replace the smileys.htm file but then you will still have some english text strings.
