Fix for Hesk 0.94 downloaded before 26th April.

Hello,

For all who downloaded Hesk 0.94 before this post here is a fix for some minor bugs (nothing critical):
- some language was hard-coded into files and missing in the language file (added two lines inside english.inc.php)
- wrong name shown when staff is replying to tickets (shows customer name instead of staff)

Simply upload these files inside over the original ones:

The downloadable version from this post onwards has the above already fixed.
