Hi there

I know quite a few people have had this problem, I've carried out all the checks as posted in the 'You cannot signup this guestbook at the moment! Sticky' and where you have replied to other people with the same issue.

I have uploaded the phpinfo and session_test files and I was hoping you could check them for me?

Thanks

Hello Leigh,

As mentioned in the Sticky, the text of the message probably did something to upset the junkmark filter.

You can try setting the junkmark filter a little less strict by changing the $settings['junkmark_limit']=60; in the settings.php file to a higher value (for example 70 or so).

Or if you are not afraid that real spammers are visiting your guestbook you can disable the junkmark filter by changing $settings['junkmark_use']=1; to $settings['junkmark_use']=0;

Greetings,
Henrie

Hi Henrie

Thanks for this, I've managed to get it to work when I set it to 80!

Cheers

I read what I'm supposed to do when I see this message but it hasn't helped. I am trying to sign a guestbook at tristanrogers.com. I have been posting there regularly for months. I think that last night I fat-fingered the spam security code and then I got the error. I have closed that browser, cleared history, shut off computer----everything---and still--several hours later it still has me locked out. I finally tried elimintaing the http that is automaticlly populated in the website field and just wrote the word "test" in the comments and it took my post. When I went back again to make a real post, I got the same old error and continue to be locked out. Is there anything else I can do to get back to posting there ? Thanks so much.

The website owner will need to look into this, not you.
