I have install the linkman in my web following the readme file, but is not working when I'm trying to fill the form.html after filling the spam check its say ERROR

You need to edit the settings.php file, see readme.htm for instructions. You should change "http://www.domain.com" to YOUR website url.

I have done change the settings.php into my URL=www.alliance-indonesia.com but still not working...
