Spam check does not work on version 1.22

For some reason there is no anti-spam check on version 1.22 when l have installed it. Can you tell me why this is and how l can enable the spam check. If you make an entry you will see what l mean.

Make sure you have the correct settings file uploaded (the one from version 1.22) and that you have $settings['autosubmit'] set to 1
