Email isn't changing

Script URL: idk but it has smth to do with emails
Version of script: idk
Hosting company: InfinityFree
URL of phpinfo.php: idk where
URL of session_test.php: idk where
What terms did you try when SEARCHING for a solution:

I had tryed to fetch emails wit pop (Gmail). I have activated it and set up everything correctly. But it always says this:

99 could not connect to the host "pop.gmail.com": Cannot assign requested address.

I have changed the Email in general but it says this:

Konnte Emailbenachrichtigung nicht versenden. Bitte den Betreiber informieren [b]support@example.com[/b] ,but i have changed this!!!!

If you are using the correct email details from https://www.hesk.com/knowledgebase/?article=72 then this error means your hosting company is blocking the required ports or has outgoing email connections disabled for scripts (probably to fight spammers).
