How to create categories

Post by ntronics »

Anyone have any ideo on how to create categories for the linkman script. Everything is installed correctly except that the category drop down box is empty. Therefore, giving me a "there is no selected categor" error when filling out the link exchange form.

To get an idea of what I am talking about try adding a link to my linkman linkexchange script and you'll recieve the following error: You have entered a invalid category. Well thats because the category list is empty. Where do I go to add categories to the list.

my url is http://www.ntronics.com/linkexchange/links.php

Ok, since you can't catergorize links, why is there a category drop down menu within the linkman form. How do I remove it, because its giving me a invalid category error. I didn't put it there.

besides the link you sent me too doesn't resolve my question. I tried searching and no one has discussed this category issue. Am I the only one?

LinkMan doesn't have a "Category" drop-down box. There are no categories built in LinkMan, I should know, I wrote the script  You must be using some other script and not LinkMan from phpjunkyard.

The Link I gave you explains there are no categories in LinkMan, but some people use multiple scripts installed in separate folders to create categories.
