Include original message in email reply

Hya there!

I was wondering if there's a way to add the previous messages when sending a new reply?
For example, if you're replying to the 3rd message, the user received an email with the complete conversation, not just the most recent reply.

That's not something supported, no. You would have to manually modify the code logic to lookup previous reply from the database.
