I recently upgraded to 3.2.4 and when i try to register case it is very slow

My guess is sending email sends a long time (or doesn't work at all) on your server.
If other actions (like listing tickets) work fast, this is usually the case.
The solution is to use a local mail server or a local mail transfer agent that queues the emails and delivers them in the back-end. This is something that needs to be set up on the server-side and cannot be configured from within Hesk though.
