Email piping - possible to use multiple different addresses?

Is it possible to configure the HESK email piping system to allow multiple incoming email addresses, where each email is assigned to a specific category?

So for example:

support@domain.com --> This opens a ticket in category "Technical support"
sales@domain.com --> This opens a ticket in category "Sales"
billing@domain.com --> This opens a ticket in category "Billing"

There's no built-in setting to do this, but you can follow the instructions in this thread: viewtopic.php?p=26731#p26731
